It is more than a year that PLDT-Smart has been disregarding approvals (signed and approved FYA) and disputes starting Nov 2, 2017; they are doing it again for the second FYA last Feb 2, 2018. You might confuse some accounted date or year.

FYI, I visited the PLDT Smart Converge Retail Store Makati branch, Makati Tower and met with the branch manager, Ms. Daisy Patag last May 21, 2019 around 12NN. She promised to call me for feedback the next day from 4-5PM, but she broke her promise. Her notations about my complaints on the following service report numbers are incomplete. There were several calls I made at the Smart Prepaid Buddy as well as PLDT Ultera Hotline 177, yet their supervisors refuse their CSRs to transfer the call to me to speak with them nor their managers. I have not received a call from them, rather they push me to visit NTC to set up a mediation appointment and their customer service NTC department will meet me there.
